Pueblo is Hever Velázquez. Though my background is primarily in Research and Evaluation, Pueblo is a focus on Cross-Cultural Communications and Translations, as a holistic approach to Content Accessibility, and Audience Engagement.
My 20-year experience journey includes working at Science Museums/Centers and Ad Agencies. This involved working on multi-year Informal Science Education bilingual (English and Spanish) Research and Evaluation projects funded by agencies like National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), National Science Foundation (NSF), National Institutes of Health (NIH) and the Smithsonian Institute. On the Hispanic/Latino marketing communications side of things, I've worked with brands like Energizer Batteries, Mission Foods, Fruit of the Loom, Tecate Beer, T-Mobile, Tylenol, Converse, Toyota, Lexus, and Ford.
I'm a native Spanish speaker (Mexican-American, Bilingual and Bicultural) and have lived in South Central Los Angeles, CA, Twin Cities, MN, and currently Portland, OR. I use this diverse cultural background, skill set, and experience for inspiration and the continued evolution of a learning and growth mindset.
Altogether, I'm about People, Culture and Creativity.
